Description

The Gryphon 4500 series features a sleek and modern design, user-friendly ergonomics, and a state-of-the-art megapixel sensor with warm-white illuminated 2D technology for outstanding performance.

High-density (HD) models can read smaller, shorter, and dot codes. A special version with red backlight optics also supports digital watermarking.

Datalogic’s Motionix™ motion sensor technology lets the scanner switch to handheld mode when the device is lifted intuitively. It returns to ‘stand’ mode when placed back in the stand. An adjustable position stand provides flexibility when using the scanner in presentation or standby mode while it charges.

Wireless models feature Bluetooth wireless technology (GBT model) or radio communication with Datalogic’s STAR wireless system (GM model).

One of the most important technical innovations achieved by the Gryphon 4500 wireless readers is the battery wireless charging system, which increases the reliability of the entire solution while reducing overall costs (no contact cleaning or maintenance procedures required).
