Wider and brighter IPS display for better visibility
The CHD 8 features a 5-inch IPS TFT-LCD display panel with a capacitive touch screen that provides wide-angle and daylight visibility for the best performance. To ensure maximum durability of the device, its screen is protected by Asahi Dragontrail stem coating.
Four commonly used keys for efficient device functionality
Most modern smart devices are equipped with the most frequently used home, menu and return buttons. Not all users prefer a stylus, so the CHD 8 is fitted with four function keys: home, menu, back and a user-programmable key, which can be very useful for various applications.

As a mobile smart device, the CHD 8 is fully adapted to the perfect performance of its intended functions – a fast transition between WWAN and WLAN, smooth communication between several routers and access points in difficult working conditions because the stability of data connections is often more important than connection speed for the performance of work tasks. The CHD 8 is a true hybrid device, as its form and design are in line with the latest smart device trends, but the functions are capable of ensuring an efficient business workflow. To provide various data input options, the CHD 8 is equipped with a built-in latest 2D barcode scanner, a near-field communication device NFC HF RFID 13.56Mhz and a coded tri-band magnetic card reader. The magnetic card reader can be installed as needed, and thanks to data coding technology, it is protected from unauthorized access to data.
