Thermal printer printhead wipes
Description
Did you know that your thermal transfer printer manufacturer recommends regular printhead cleaning? This is necessary to protect it from rapid damage and poor print quality. Cleaning is essential to remove any printing residue, such as label dust, paint, glue, etc. Over time, the residue becomes a permanent barrier between the printhead and the label, resulting in poor print quality. Then users usually increase the print temperature, thus shortening the life of the head.
We offer a practical, cheap and safe way to clean the print head – wet cloth wipes for cleaning the thermal head. It is recommended to clean the print head every time you change the carbon ribbon.

Solution Formula
- Wet wipes for cleaning the printer head are moistened with a solution of isopropyl alcohol.
- This solution actively cleans and removes labels, paints, adhesives and more. In addition, it does not harm the printer head at all—just a few times to clean the printer head with a damp cloth.
Usage
- Wet wipes clean thermal print heads, rollers, guides and other surfaces.
- Cleaning the sensors is not recommended.
Package
- Each wipe is individually packaged. They are easy to store.
- The shelf life of the direct packaging is five years.
The composition
- Non-woven fabric (55% wood weight, 45% polyester).
- Isopropyl alcohol 99.97%, Cymene 0.03%.
- The packaging material is aluminium foil and PE film, which prevents the liquid from evaporating and keeps the napkin moist.
